Dino is a visual artist originally from Colombia and now based in Melbourne, Australia. His artistic journey began unexpectedly after a life changing motorcycle accident which left him in a coma for weeks, after he woke up he was forced him to transition from being right-handed to left-handed due to the severity of his injuries in his right arm. This challenge made him see life from a different perspective and sparked his creativity and love for painting and in 2018 Dino held his first independent exhibition, only four years after his accident. Over time, Dino’s art evolved into a powerful expression of resilience and personal growth. His works often explore themes of space, featuring astronauts, vibrant flowers, and wild animals, each symbolizing different aspects of his journey. Through his murals, Dino aims to inspire and connect with others, using his art to tell stories of transformation, strength, and the beauty of the world around us.
